Many say that innovation needs a promoting culture. Although this centainly is true, the concept of culture is fuzzy and abstract which makes it hard to grasp how one can change it.

Leif Denti, who is a researcher in psychology at the University of Gothenburg, will during this talk bring the word culture down to earth and share a concrete way to understand what it is all about.
