Parakey awarded 25 000 SEK from ”SKAPA Framtidens Innovatör”

Parakey has been awarded third prize and 25 000 SEK in the national finals of ”SKAPA Framtidens Innovatör”. The prize is issued by Stiftelsen SKAPA and instituted by VINNOVA. Earlier this year, Parakey recieved 15 000 SEK as the regional winner in Västra Götaland.
An award banquet was held Thursday night in Stockholm and Parakey, a participant in Chalmers Ventures accelerator program, was represented by co-founders Jonas Arvidsson and Erik Barrefors. Eric Franklin och Marcus Andersson are the other two co-founders, and together they have created a cloud-based access and passage system. In 2014 the company took part in Chalmers Ventures Startup Camp and came out the winners of batch 5.
– We came here tonight with no clue on how we would rank in comparison to the other regions winners, and it feels great to get such recognition, says Parakey CEO Jonas Arvidsson.
