Green light for green tech at Chalmers Ventures

On Wednesday the 3rd of May Chalmers Ventures is hosting a bootcamp for over 30 Nordic green tech startups participating in the Climate-KIC Nordic accelerator and greenhouse program. The bootcamp will be held at the new startup event area ”Veras Gräsmatta” in the heart of the future new location for the ”Entrepreneurship by Chalmers” initiative.
The bootcamp will focus on teaching Climate Impact Assessment to this group of young nordic greentech entrepreneurs to help them optimize their solutions and effectively communicate a core part of their value proposition. Håkan Axelsson, Head of the green tech domain at Chalmers Ventures is coordinating the bootcamp and is happy to welcome the Climate-KIC startup community to Chalmers.
”Chalmers Ventures has a clear goal to develop and strengthen our green tech portfolio and our partnership with Climate-KIC is an important part of that strategy” Says Håkan, ”Last year we launched the #greenUp (green tech startup) cluster and the Solution-Göteborg solar hackathon and this year we are running a specific pre-incubation program focused on green tech in collaboration with Climate-KIC” We also have a collaboration with Business Region Göteborg to promote the local green tech startup community through the http://www.greengothenburg.se initiative.”
