Bioelectrix Sweden AB is a MedTech startup pioneering bioelectronic wound care, focused on accelerating healing in hard-to-heal wounds through safe, controlled direct current therapy delivered in a simple dressing format, complemented by continuous sensing in future versions. Their mission is to move wound care from passive management to active repair, improving outcomes for patients and easing the burden on clinicians and healthcare systems. 

The lead product concept uses metal free electrodes to reproduce the body’s electric fields that guide cell migration, aiming for faster re-epithelialisation, with a clear roadmap to integrate impedance, pH, and temperature monitoring for data driven care.
