Are you curious about how to go from your research-based idea to a successful commercial venture and want to take an active role in the process? Startup Camp idea edition is your opportunity to fast-track that journey. Join us and likeminded teams for a seven-week program going through the basics of what it means to go from idea to a growth start-up.

Startup Camp: Deep tech is your opportunity to fast-track your journey together with one of the leading venture builders in the Nordic. We help researchers to utilize their ideas though commercialization.
A Startup Camp is a way to explore questions around the potential of your idea, what it takes to create a successful venture and how you can present your idea in the best way to different audiences.
We’ll place a special emphasis on the challenges that research-based and other deep tech startups often face.
5 week track to make you ready to start your journey:
Apply to Startup Camp: Deep tech by submitting the webform. Deadline: jan 4th 2024.
The program consists of four evening workshops with time for peer learning, startup theory as well as practical work with your idea. Between each session you’ll be given tasks to complete and receive individual support from Chalmers Ventures experienced staff. At the end we will have a pitch finale with great guests.

Here's what we expect on the applications to Startup Camp: Deep tech 2024.
Minimum one person with the drive to explore the commercial potential of the idea and ability to actively attend the Startup Camp track. Connection to the Västra Götaland-region is required.
The idea/project needs to be based on a unique technology resulting from research developed at one of the west Swedish universities. You and the team should have clear ownership rights over the idea (please take the help of your respective innovation office if needed).
Your solution targets a global market potential.
Your solution has a positive impact potential on both a national and global scale.
