Removing CO2 emissions with world’s first climate-positive district heating.

ECOERA and co-owner Skånefrö start 30 MSEK project co-financed by Swedish EPA ”Klimatklivet” to create world’s first climate-positive (carbon negative) district heating from agricultural residues. The more heat that is used, the more CO₂ is sequstered. This system gives ECOERA industrial capacity for their biochar product and carbon sink CO2 offset service.
