Oskar Wollert, Head of Listings at Spotlight Stock Market, is visiting Chalmers Ventures on the 26th of November to talk about the ins- and outs of doing an initial public offering. The session will discuss the opportunities, as well as the challenges, of going public and we’ll also go over what the typical process looks like – and how to prepare for it.

Håkan Krook, from the Chalmers Ventures investment team, will talk about the pros and cons of IPO’s through an owner perspective, how Chalmers Ventures has worked with companies through an IPO before and how what help they can offer startups leaning towards this option now.

Advokatfirman Delphi, represented by senior associate Daniel Jessen Winbo and associate Erik Nylander, both working with corporate legal matters related to IPO’s and listed companies, will from a legal perspective discuss the challenges of an IPO and being a listed company as well as the journey that all companies must make before, during and after an IPO.”

The session is exclusive for Chalmers Ventures portfolio companies and will end with some light food and drinks at the Chalmers Ventures Office, a perfect opportunity to get to know your fellow CV startups better.
