Yesterday, more than 150 people attended Venture Pitch - a co-arranged event by Chalmers Ventures and Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship – to get a sneak peek of the new ventures currently enrolled in our Encubation program. At the event each venture got 5 minutes to pitch their business case followed by questions from the audience.
During the event Coatic, who are developing an efficient antibacterial coating to prevent catheter related infections, was awarded with the Bergendahl scholarship of 50 000 SEK.
Also the prestigious prize, Best pitch, where the audience get to vote on the team with the best pitch and the winner gets 10 000 SEK, was handed out during the event. The winner was Electronic paper, who are developing a display technology to maximize the users focus and creativity by minimizing screen-induced fatigue caused by incumbent technologies.
